Ashthom assisted in the smooth and successful transition of the West Indies Rum Distillery (the largest producer of Barbadian rum since 1893) from a public company to a private company.

The assistance included an array of HR/IR activities including policy review and developments, talent recruitment and development, structuring, restructuring, performance management, pension plan and health insurance benefits and leading collective bargaining.

The relationship with Ashthom continues today, and the West Indies Rum Distillery team considers the Ashthom team to be a member of the West Indies Rum Distillery team.
