Ms Jemmott is the newest member of the Ashthom team. She is a dedicated individual who approaches her work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Currently, she provides critical support to the consulting team and manages short term human resources development projects, as well as assisting with providing Human Resource Management advisory services to clients.

Ms Jemmott graduated from the Barbados Community College with an Associate Degree in Computer Studies.

She currently holds a BSc. (Honors) in Management with a concentration in (Tourism and Hospitality) and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management (Distinction) which she received from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.

After completion of her master’s degree, she decided to take up a career in the field that she is most ardent about which is Human Resources Management.
